1. Weekly English Classes

Students receive 3 hours of English lessons each week, divided into three 1-hour classes.

3. English Levels: A1 to B2

The starting level is set by a placement assessment. Each level is divided into units. Each unit is three lessons of 1 hour: speaking, then reading, then writing.

Duration. Three classes a week complete about one unit per week. A timetable that includes weekend days may take more weeks for the same level.

4. Class Schedule

Classes now run three times a week (Monday, Wednesday, Friday), each lasting 1 hour. Morning classes start at 9:30 AM; afternoon classes start at 3:00 PM. Students pick one session (morning or afternoon) and keep it for the whole term.

Speaking

Students practise conversation and clear spoken English.

Listening

Students learn to understand spoken English in class and in real life.

Reading

Students read with understanding, from simple texts to longer passages.

Vocabulary

Students build the words they need for school, home and everyday use.

Writing

Students write sentences, messages and short texts with growing accuracy.

Review

Assessment of progress — so we can see what the student has learned and what still needs work.

6. How to Enrol

Weekday fees: 1.800 CVE (ages 4–11) or 2.000 CVE (ages 12–19). Weekend fee: 1.800 CVE for all ages. Campus: Achada São Filipe, Praia, Santiago, Cabo Verde.

The first week includes a placement assessment so the student learns at the appropriate English level.
