A place is offered first. The registration fee is only due after that offer. This page should be read with Tuition & Other Costs. CVE is the currency of record.

Registration fee — 2,000 CVE

The registration fee is paid after a place is offered, at the school visit (POS or bank transfer). It is non-refundable.

Monthly tuition — 7,500 CVE

• Tuition is due within the first 8 working days of the month (or of enrollment, for the first month).
• After that, 8% per day is added, and it accumulates until the tuition is paid.
• Prepaid tuition is welcome. There is no discount for paying in advance.

First-time family — tuition refund

A first-time family who cancels enrollment within five days after paying tuition receives a 50% refund of that tuition. The registration fee is not included and stays non-refundable.

This 50% tuition refund does not apply after those five days, or to later months.

How we pay a refund

Approved refunds are paid in CVE to the same POS or bank method used for the original payment, unless we agree otherwise in writing.

We pay within 7 working days of approval.

How to cancel

Write to admin@eibp.org or WhatsApp +238 538 1642 with the child’s name, programme, and the parent’s contact. The date we receive the notice is the date used for this policy.
